Our classes are great for all levels of Pilates maybe you are looking to start Pilates for the first time of you’ve been doing it for years! Because classes are kept small and personal (8-10 people) you will receive individual feedback as you move through the different Pilates exercises. You’ll find no two classes are the same but instead are varied to accommodate clients goals and ability. All equipment you will need is provided so all you need to do is show up for an hour workout.
