Postural Assessment / Natal Assessment
Did you know our posture plays a major part in how we move day to day?
Subtle changes in our posture can put excess stress on our muscles & joints, meaning some muscles have to work harder which can lead to joint dysfunction, pain, restricted movement & injury, while others become weak.
By completing a postural assessment we can better understand which areas of your body need strengthening and which need stretching meaning Pilates workouts can be tailored to maximise your benefits.
A postural assessment / natal assessment is a one off assessment before starting any Pilates classes / sessions with The Nurtured Being.
