Postnatal Pilates Classes

Our postnatal Pilates classes are great a great way to return to exercise safely after having a baby whether you are a Pilates expert or a complete beginner. Classes focus on core strengthening, pelvic floor awareness & tummy rehab essential after having a baby. Because classes are kept small and personal (6-8 people) you will receive individual feedback as you move through the different Pilates exercises.

You’ll find no two classes are the same but instead are varied to accommodate your goals, ability and stage in your postnatal journey. All equipment you will need is provided so all you need to do is show up for an hour workout. You are welcome to bring your little one with you to our morning classes (preferably non mobile) if childcare is what is holding you back.
